{"id":2281,"date":"2025-06-10T13:42:50","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T11:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pmab.it\/?p=2281"},"modified":"2025-09-03T13:43:00","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T11:43:00","slug":"richtlinie-zur-lohntransparenz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pmab.it\/it\/richtlinie-zur-lohntransparenz\/","title":{"rendered":"Richtlinie zur Lohntransparenz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bekanntlich zielt die Europ\u00e4ische Union mit der sog. \u201eRichtlinie zur Lohntransparenz\u201c Nr. 2023\/970 vom 10.05.2023 darauf ab, geschlechtsspezifische Lohnunterschiede zu verringern und gleiche Bezahlung f\u00fcr gleichwertige Arbeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Die EU-Mitgliedstaaten m\u00fcssen die Richtlinie innerhalb 07.06.2026 umsetzen, indem sie ihr nationales Recht an die neuen Vorschriften anpassen.<\/p>\n<p>Vor diesem Hintergrund werden auch auf italienische Arbeitgeber lohnspezifische Auflagen zukommen, wobei die wichtigsten Inhalte der Richtlinie wie folgt zusammengefasst werden k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Transparenz in Stelleninseraten und bei Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4chen: Die Arbeitgeber m\u00fcssen den Bewerbern Informationen \u00fcber das Einstiegsgehalt und Gehaltsspanne der ausgeschriebenen Stelle bereitstellen. Fragen nach der fr\u00fcheren Gehaltshistorie der Bewerber sind nicht mehr zul\u00e4ssig.<\/li>\n<li>Recht auf Auskunft bei bestehendem Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis: Die Arbeitnehmer haben das Recht, Informationen und Vergleichswerte \u00fcber das durchschnittliche Gehaltsniveau f\u00fcr deren Berufsbild zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Berichtspflichten f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Unternehmen: Betriebe mit mindestens 100 Besch\u00e4ftigten m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Lohntransparenzberichte verfassen und diese an die zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rden \u00fcbermitteln sowie auf der betriebseigenen Website ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/li>\n<li>Rechtsdurchsetzung und Sanktionen: Bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen die Lohntransparenz drohen Bu\u00dfgelder und Schadenersatzforderungen seitens der Arbeitnehmer.
